Can you glue transition strips to concrete?
Apply a 1/4-inch-wide line of construction adhesive to the bottom of the transition strip where it will rest on the concrete.
How do you glue down T-molding?
Lay the T–Molding in place to determine proper fit. To attach the T–Molding between a ceramic tile floor and the hardwood floor, apply a 1/4″ bead of construction adhesive to the top edge of the ceramic tile. To attach between two hardwood floors apply the 1/4″ bead to the top edge of of one side of the hardwood only.

PL Premium polyurethyne construction adhesive is the best glue on the face of the earth, IMO and will practically weld your wood threshold to the concrete. Squeeze a bead or three under where the thresh will go and smack it down into the glue. Weight it in place overnite and you be fine.
