Can you paint over old Drylok?
DRYLOK readily accepts latex or acrylic paints once the DRYLOK itself is dry. It can be used as a base coat or primer for other paints, for instance, if you prefer a shade not available in any of the DRYLOK products. Wait at least 24 hours before painting over fresh DRYLOK, as this allows for ample drying time.
